In 2008, we made a giant quantum leap of consciousness into a new reality. Although in January of 2009 we seem to be going through a lot of drama and challenges, these are the natural result of the new consciousness. This is a period of adjustment. Present events are not a punishment; they are not the end of the world. They are the the birth pangs of a new reality and better world.

We are being propelled into a new reality that refects our evolved consciousness. Greed, destruction of our environment, violence, war, and disregard of the divine nature of every are being replaced by kindness, generosity negotiation, diplomacy, peace, worldwide abundance, and respect and caring for all beings. The old ways will not work anymore.

Gandhi said "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." Changes inside in your consciousness will be reflected in the "outside" world.

In 2009, we entered the new reality with the inauguration of President Obama. We shared the joy of coming together, of accepting each other's unique and precious differences, and celebrated together across the world. Together we shared visions of what is possible and how we can fulfill our dreams and fulfill our united destiny. It was uplifting to experience the dawn of a new reality and the ring of truth and integrity. We realized that we are all connected. We are all One.

At this moment, we are quickly discovering our inner power and ways of creating our new world. Discoveries in quantum physics, consciousness, psychology, and spirituality are revealing ways each of us can create wonderful new realities. We are waking up rapidly. In 2009, we reached a critical mass of consciousness. In 2008, it was estimated that more than 14 million people had already become enlightened or Self-realized. This number has increased many fold since then. Most people live ordinary lives, shunning the spotlight. A few are celebrities like Oprah, Bono, President Carter, Vice President Gore, and Bill Gates, as well as recognized saints past and present. They are shining examples of what is possible.

Each time someone reaches Self-realization, it affects the collective Mind. Things are heating up. Like popcorn, we are all popping faster and are reaching enlightenment at more rapidly. Our destiny and our purpose is to wake up to who we really are. No one can "fail". We are designed to realize who we are. When we love and accept ourselves, we are able to love and accept everyone.

At times it may seem challenging to keep your faith and to realize that God/Love/Truth/Beauty/ Universe/Light/ Spirit/Energy/your true Self are in control and all is well. Go inside in silence and know that it is true. All the answers you need are inside you.
